If, for any reason, your purchase is not satisfactory, they will gladly replace it or refund your money (excluding delivery charges). Simply return your merchandise with the original paperwork and packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. They promise to process your request in a timely manner. Our Florida, California and Illinois distribution centers allow us to significantly reduce shipping times. The vast majority of our orders take three days or less in transit to destinations within the Continental United States.
